Amer has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings under different international and regional arbitration rules, he specializes in construction law as well as business law where, as an MBA, his contribution goes beyond legal expertise.

Mohammed specializes in aviation law and represents several aviation companies. He also specializes in corporate law, group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Mohammed also acts as advisor, counsel and legal expert in aviation disputes and arbitration.

Obtained his LLB from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, and later an LLM in National and International Business Law from the Lebanese University – Filière Francophone de Droit.

Hassan’s practice focuses on company law in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia, general commercial law and corporate governance. Hassan also specializes in litigation in various commercial disputes including labor, insurance, and construction, with extensive experience in bankruptcy cases and general commercial law. Hassan recently advised, negotiated and worked closely on behalf of Ahmad Hamad Al-Gosaibi & Bros (AHAB) in securing a $1.9 billion debt settlement plan, ending one of the longest and largest debt disputes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia amounting to $7.5 billion.

Jaber obtained his Law degree from the University of Sharjah and later a LLM in comparative and international law from SMU Dedman School of Law.

Hassan also specializes in international and local arbitration proceedings with a particular focus on construction disputes.

Obtained his LLB from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), and holds a certificate in European Business Law from EBS Universität (Wiesbaden – Germany).

Adel has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on company law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.  Regularly advises international and local companies in connection to corporate, regulatory and commercial matters as well as assisting clients in commercial disputes in Al Harbi & Associates.

Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Law from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University.

Sarah’s practice focuses mainly on commercial litigation and general corporate law.

Ziad obtained an LLM in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolutions from the Filière Francophone – Lebanese University in collaboration with Paris 2 (Pantheon-Assas University) and an LLB in law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (Lebanon).

Ziad has extensive experience in construction law (with a specialty in FIDIC contracts), general commercial law, as well as banking, project finance and private equity. Ziad also specializes in international and domestic arbitration proceedings with a particular focus on construction disputes.

Qualified as an English Solicitor in 1977. Mr Page was in General practice in a firm in England until 1981 when he joined Holman, Fenwick and Willan, the shipping law specialists. He spent approximately 10 years at Holman, Fenwick and Willan, Paris office, dealing with shipping law disputes of all nature including charterparty and Bill of Lading disputes, salvage, conservatory arrest of vessels and other assets, arbitration and court work in different jurisdictions.

He was one of the leading lawyers in the series of Romanian ship arrest cases (Navrom) that constituted a significant development in piercing the corporate veil on a State scale in France, enabling Romanian vessels to be arrested in France for the debts of other Romanian state owned companies. He was also the lawyer acting for the successful party in the important House of Lords case, the Simona (Fercometal v Mediterranean Shipping Company SA, HL1988) which is one of the leading contract law cases in England. Mr Page then joined Withers in their Paris office as a partner in 1989. Withers is a firm best known for its private client work but in the Paris office the firm dealt mainly with commercial, contentious and transactional matters including aircraft finance. Mr Page continued his maritime work and developed into other areas including the law of privacy, banking law, Letter of Credit disputes and arbitrations in different jurisdictions.

Abdulrahman also acts as Government Relations Officer, handling a variety of tasks on behalf of the Firm such as representing the Firm with different Ministries, Municipalities, and providing continuous updates and advice in regards to the new regulations from governmental departments.
